Tips for use 1:

Avoid contact with acid, alkali or other corrosive substances, it is recommended to use soft water, hard water needs to be softened and used to prevent internal blockage and scaling.

Use long-lasting anti-rust coolant produced by regular manufacturers in accordance with national standards to prevent corrosion of the water tank radiator.

During installation, do not damage the radiator band (piece) or hit the water tank radiator to ensure the heat dissipation ability and sealing.

When the radiator is completely emptied and then filled with water, open the engine cylinder drain switch first and close it when the water flows out to prevent foaming. During normal use, test the water level at any time, stop the machine to cool down and then add water, open the water tank cover slowly when adding water, and keep the staff as far away from the water inlet as possible to prevent being scalded by the high-pressure steam emitted.

Maintenance method 1:

In winter, if stopping for a long time or indirectly stopping, use the water tank cover and water drain switch to drain all the water to avoid cracking the core of the pile due to freezing.

The storage environment of the spare water tank radiator should be kept ventilated and dry.

Thoroughly clean the water tank radiator core within 1 - 3 months, depending on the actual situation, and rinse with water along the side opposite to the wind direction when cleaning. The water level gauge should be cleaned every 3 months, or all parts may be removed and cleaned with warm water and non-corrosive cleaners, depending on actual conditions.
